Foxtrot Mike. Phonetically, it's F & M. Operationally, it's Force Multiplier.

It's also the name of my publishing company: Foxtrot Mike Media.

After 25 years in the military, I built software, trained 100 new developers, and wrangled the AI monkey. The takeaway: clear communication multiplies everything else.
